McCandless Crossing is designed to serve the
highly affluent communities of northern Allegheny
county. The primary trade area includes
McCandless, Ross, Franklin Park, Pine, Richland,
Hampton, Bradford Woods, and Marshall
Townships. The secondary trade area is the

The University of Pittsburgh’s Medical Center
(UPMC) Passavant’s $190 Million expansion is
projected to open Spring 2010. The addition will
add 200,000 sf and raise UPMC's employment to
over 2,600 as well as increasing the immediate
adjacent employment base to 5,500+.
