McCandless Crossing continues to move forward with leasing and construction.
Restaurant outparcels with frontage along McKnight Road (Route 19) are available
immediately along with 200,000 SF of office space.

Lowe's Home Improvement and Fidelity Bank have been open for business since the fall
of 2010 and LA Fitness recently opened its doors to members in August (2011).  In
other development news Phase 3’s Hilton Home 2 is set to start construction in early
2012 and Phase 4’s grading and clearing will start this upcoming winter (2011). Phase 3
construction on a 16,300 SF retail building will also be commencing soon.  

Upon completion of Phase 4, leasing for the 250,000 SF Town Center is expected to
start early 2011. Tenants will include a 60,000 SF grocery store, 50,000 SF movie
theater, restaurants, national and regional retailers, office and residential. AdVenture
Development’s President Kevin Dougherty describes the Town Center as a central,
walkable, livable community that will synergize all the surrounding amenities with
sidewalks and green spaces.
